What is a Wellbeing Retreat?

A wellbeing retreat at Villa Seaview is not about a tight schedule or a long list of activities. It’s about creating a few unhurried days by the sea with good sleep, nourishing food and enough silence for your nervous system to settle.

Some retreats are fully self-guided—you simply come and follow your own rhythm. Others are created with you or an external facilitator, with a gentle structure of movement, reflection, coaching, creativity or whatever your theme may be.

A wellbeing retreat at Villa Seaview forms a restorative whole: yoga, nature, sauna, spa and seasonal vegetarian meals. No planning is required—you arrive, and everything is ready.

Food – Nourishing, Local and Made with Care

Food is an essential part of each retreat—simple, beautiful and deeply nourishing

All meals are:

  • cooked entirely on site (no semi-finished ingredients)
  • based on local, seasonal and mostly organic produce
  • designed to support wellbeing, digestion and overall vitality
  • full of diverse flavours, colours and textures
  • consistently praised by guests for being balanced, vibrant and genuinely delicious

This is slow food in the truest sense: unhurried, honest and made with attention.

Warm soups, fresh breads, vibrant vegetables, aromatic herbs—food that feels good in the body and lingers in memory.

Seasonal buffet prepared entirely on site — fresh, nourishing dishes made with local ingredients and served with calm, unhurried attention to detail.
Simple, beautiful ingredients — tomatoes, berries and herbs full of colour and flavour, reflecting our commitment to local, organic and nourishing slow food.

Your Retreat Guide – Marjukka Zohar:
