Wake at your own pace, enjoy breakfast and leave room for an unhurried day. Villa Seaview’s summer Boutique B&B offers four accommodation options, each with its own character.
Spend your time exploring Teijo National Park and the ironwork villages, or simply settle in with a book and enjoy being by the sea.
The season runs from late June to early August. Exact dates are shown in the booking calendar.
In our experience, three to four nights is the ideal length of stay: enough time to arrive, settle in and explore Teijo National Park and the ironwork villages without rushing. Shorter stays are of course welcome too.
Choose your room
For more space, Harbour View can be combined with Morning Light, and Mariner’s Sky with Forest Whisper. These additional bedrooms are reserved for the same party and cannot be booked independently.
Harbour View
Inspired by the Baltic Sea
Upstairs, close to the sea air of the ironwork village, Harbour View is a place to return to after a day outdoors, open a book and let your thoughts wander.
The room has twin beds or a double bed, plus a sofa bed. Facilities include a wardrobe, television, fridge, microwave, kettle and extra blankets.
Bathroom: a separate bathroom and WC outside the room are reserved for your party.
Additional bedroom: the neighbouring Morning Light can be added to your booking. Both rooms then share the bathroom and WC within the same party.
Mariner’s Sky
Where the Baltic Sea meets the National Park
A sea view, your own balcony and time together. Mariner’s Sky offers a quiet setting for a shared occasion or a few days away. After exploring the area, return to your own space and linger over the view.
The suite has a double bed, a private bathroom and WC, and a furnished balcony. Facilities include a television, walk-in wardrobe, fridge, microwave, kettle, washing machine and extra blankets.
Additional bedroom: Forest Whisper can be added to your booking. Guests in the additional bedroom use the suite’s bathroom and WC.
Seaside Hideaway
A small base of your own by the sea
Begin the morning on the balcony overlooking the sea and head out when you feel ready. Seaside Hideaway gives you a space of your own to return to at the end of the day.
The 27 m² apartment has a private entrance, a double bed, a spare bed and a sofa bed. It includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, a private bathroom and a furnished balcony.
The kitchen has tableware, a hob, microwave and dishwasher. Cooking oil, coffee and spices are provided. There is also a television and extra blankets.
During the Boutique B&B season, breakfast is included. Outside this season, the same accommodation is offered as Apartment, with a different service package.
Coastal Haven
Step outside, stay close to the sea
Start the morning on the patio and step out through the garden towards the surrounding nature. Coastal Haven combines a sea view with easy access outdoors, giving you space for time together or a quiet moment of your own.
Located downstairs, the suite has a double bed, a loft bed for two, a single bed and a sofa bed. It includes a private bathroom and WC, and a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave.
Outside, there is a furnished patio and a terrace, with access to the garden.
Outside the Boutique B&B season, Coastal Haven is part of the Lounge accommodation.

Morning Light
Wake up to a slower morning
Stay in bed a little longer and begin the day without a rush. Morning Light offers a restful space for sleeping and spending quiet time together.
The room has twin beds or a double bed, a wardrobe and extra blankets. It is available only alongside Harbour View and shares its bathroom and WC.
Forest Whisper
Find stillness in nature
After a day in nature, return to a quiet room and let the evening unfold. Forest Whisper offers space to rest without filling the day with plans.
The room has twin beds or a double bed, a wardrobe and an extra blanket. It is available only alongside Mariner’s Sky and uses the suite’s bathroom and WC.
Breakfast and sauna during your stay
Breakfast is included in your Boutique B&B accommodation and is built around fresh, local ingredients. Whenever possible, we use organic products and raw materials from nearby producers.
Mornings start with homemade bread – soft rolls and sourdough baked from local organic spelt flour – alongside fresh vegetables and berries from nearby farms, organic free-range eggs, our own granola and coffee from a local roastery. Breakfast is enjoyed at an unhurried pace, looking out at the sea.
The indoor spa and wood-fired seaside sauna can be booked separately alongside your stay. Sauna sessions may also be included in selected accommodation packages; each package description specifies what is included.
