Warmth, sea air and time together

In Finland, the sauna is less a place than a rhythm: warmth, cool air, the sea, and back again. At Villa Seaview you can follow that rhythm in two settings: an indoor spa beside the fireplace lounge, and a wood-fired sauna down by the shore.

Our saunas are reserved for guests staying or meeting with us.

Villa Seaview Spa

Downstairs, beside the fireplace lounge, the spa brings together a traditional sauna, a steam sauna and a hot tub. Between rounds, step straight out onto the terrace into the sea air, or follow the steps down to the jetty for a swim.

The sauna seats up to 15 people at a time and the hot tub eight, so the evening can find its own pace: some in the steam, some in the hot tub, others pausing outside.

The wood-fired sauna by the shore

At the water’s edge stands a separate sauna, heated with wood. It is warm and ready when you walk down to the shore, with a small lounge and a fireplace for the pause between rounds. Beside it is a summer kitchen where you can cook and dine outdoors during the warmer months.

The sauna is best suited to parties of two to six. From April to November you can step straight from the sauna into the sea and back again. When it freezes over, we keep an ice hole open by the shore whenever conditions allow.

Sauna as part of your visit

Sauna time is arranged together with your stay or meeting.

  • Boutique B&B: sauna may be included in your chosen package, or added to your stay for an additional charge.
  • Signature Stay: sauna is included. We plan which saunas and session times suit you as part of preparing your visit.
  • Meetings: sauna can be planned into your meeting programme.
  • Self-catering stays (Apartment and Lounge): sauna sessions can be added to your booking on request.

Good to know

  • Towels and sauna seat covers are included in every sauna session.
  • In Finland, sauna is traditionally enjoyed without swimwear. Swimwear is of course fine when bathing as a mixed group and in the hot tub.
  • Session times are confirmed when you book.
